Price Information
Spaforlife.hk has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. The correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your shopping cart.
Please note all prices in Spaforlife.hk are in Hong Kong Dollars. We strongly advise customers outside Hong Kong to check currency exchange rates for the Hong Kong Dollar and the local currency before placing an order on Spaforlife.hk.

Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours except at weekends and Bank Holidays. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

Acceptance of Orders
We validate your order and credit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that you order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide when you sign up with us.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability.
We only accept orders from the following regions or for customers in the following countries: Hong Kong and Macau.
We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. 12 months instalment is only available to American Express Card.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Undeliverable orders
If orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or parcel refused by recipient, the orders will be considered undeliverable.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee of HK$50.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will need to bear the re-shipping fee and handling fee that are based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

Important Information
- Orders are processed for shipment during normal Spaforlife business hours only (9am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).
- Customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
- If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes.
- NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Spaforlife is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
- Spaforlife does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
- Spaforlife is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Details
- Package NOT Insured - There are no insurance services offered for the carrier or method of shipment.
- Delivery Confirmation - Delivery Confirmation information is available only on request.
- Tracking Number - Tracking Numbers are available on request.
- Business Day - Packages will only be delivered on the working days, depending on different countries & different courier.
